It's a great way to kick off another season with our 2023 focus on helping folks get (back) into racing and cruising. The Spring Meeting is the place to get reconnected for another year. Mark your calendars for March 25th at the Richmond Yacht Club, then come spend the day. For that matter, bring your boat over Friday evening and get settled in for the weekend.

Our special guest speaker is Tanya James from US Coast Guard Vessel Traffic Service. Tanya will give us a talk on how commercial vessel traffic is managed on San Francisco Bay. What are the various traffic lanes, how are they monitored, and how AIS has changed VTS. Tanya's Spring Meeting talk will also whet your appetite for a tour of VTS headquarters later in the season.

So come by boat, or by car if that doesn't work. Saturday morning it's time for Attitude Adjustment. After signing in and geting name tags, grab your beverage of choice at the bar. All that between 1130 and 1200.

Commodore Rick Egan is planning a Taco buffet lunch, $45 per person. That's starting at 1200.


We need to give Richmond YC a Firm reservation count, so get your reservation in early!

Then on to the meat of the meeting between 1315 and 1530
