Vallejo Cruise & Concert
Friday - Sunday, September5-7, 2025

Kerry Scott (Cali) and Bob DaPrato (Bella Luna) are organizing a fun cruise to the friendly waters of Vallejo for the Friday - Sunday weekend of September 5-7. Plan on Friday night dinner at Vallejo Yacht Club between 5:30 - 8:00. For Saturday the 6th, it's the Dock of the Bay concert. Plan to anchor out and potluck, or head for shore and other eateries.

Suggested rendezvous and departure point on Friday morning, 9/5, is at the north end of Treasure Island at 1130. We will be just catching the end of the flood and may be able to carry it almost to Mare Island. At 6 knots over the bottom, should arrive in Vallejo before 1600. In all cases, monitor VHF Channel 72 as a common Islander hailing channel. It's always fun to sail with other Islanders, and even if you are not right together, checking in on 72 around 1130 hours will tell others if you have gotten a head start, or are coming up astern.

Docking is available at Vallejo YC for TBC stern tied right in front of the club with bathroom and shower facilities included. It's convenient for the Friday dinner at VYC. Docking is also available at Kerry's boatyard (free).
