South Beach Rendezvous & Baseball Game

FLASH: Dan has only 50 and they're going very, very fast - first come first served. Like The City? Like Baseball? Then here's the best of both worlds, Rendezvous at the South Beach Marina and be walking distance to great food, hospitality of the South Beach YC, and then add in the Giants / Athletics Bridge series game on Saturday, June 12th for fun. Dan has a block of 50 tickets at $50 each. This game IS, unfortunately, otherwise sold out. Dan was overwhelmed at the Spring Meeting with requests for tickets, so, as of early June, there are only 7 tickets left! The docking situation is tricky because the slips are controlled by the city of San Francisco. Each boat has to make their own reservation. The person and number to call: Alvin Sonza at 415-495-4911, extension 1047. The earliest date we can make a reservation is Sunday, April 11th. But - there is much competition, so don't delay. If you can't get a slip, think about coming by car or public transportation. Dock fees are $1 per foot per night. You'll register with the Harbor Master upstairs in the building on shore - 2nd floor, across the hall from the South Beach Yacht Club. The social program is casual. Friday is casual cocktails at SBYC and heavy hors de oeuvres. Saturday we'll do an Afternoon Tailgate on the docks before the game. Here's the list of sign ups as of April 7th.
